Optical performance

Sealing performance
After the optical cable connector box is packaged according to the specified operating procedures, the air pressure in the optical cable connector box is (100±5) kPa, soak in a clean water container at room temperature for stable observation for 15 minutes, and there should be no bubbles escape, or observe the barometer for 24 hours. The instructions should remain unchanged.
Resealability
The optical cable connector box is tested after being encapsulated three times in accordance with the prescribed operating procedure. The inflation pressure in the fiber optic cable connector box is 100kPat5kPa. It should be immersed in a clean water container at room temperature for stable observation for 15 minutes, and no air bubbles should escape, or stable observation for 24 hours, the barometer indication should not change.
Mechanical behavior
After the following tests, there should be no change in the box body of the optical cable connector box and various parts in the box. If necessary, perform a light inspection or open the box body to check. The following tests should be filled with (60±5) kPa air pressure in the optical cable connector box, and the air pressure should not change after the test; it should be observed stably for 15 minutes in a clean water container immersed in room temperature, and no air bubbles should escape or stable observation 24h barometer indicators There should be no change, and the shell and its components should be free of cracks, damage and obvious deformation.
