Fiber micro-bending can have a variety of bending deformation form, when the object to be measured by external influence, the fiber bending deformation, by detecting the amount of change in optical power transmitted within the fiber and set out to be measured. In order to improve sensitivity, the micro-bending sensing fiber made of multi-turn spiral tube, shown in the figure is a small displacement micro-bending sensor structure, displacement is small, the displacement of the measurement plate and the optical power change transmitted by the fiber is basically a linear relationship.
