The manufacturing process of fiber optic cable is generally divided into the following processes:
1. Fiber screening: select the fiber with excellent transmission characteristics and qualified tension.
2. Fiber dyeing: apply standard full chromatography to identify, requiring high temperature without fading or migration.
3. Secondary extrusion: select high modulus of elasticity, low coefficient of linear expansion of plastic extrusion into a - size of the tube, the optical fiber into and filled with moisture and water gel, and finally stored for a few days (not less than two days).
4. Fiber optic cable stranding: several extruded optical fiber and reinforcing unit stranded together.
5. Extruded fiber optic cable outer sheath: in the stranded fiber optic cable plus a layer of sheathing.
