The MTRJ Fiber Patch Cord is an optical fiber with MTRJ connectors installed at both ends and adopts a plug-in locking structure. It is suitable for optical fiber transmission network, optical distribution frame, optical transceiver, optical instrumentation, optical fiber test system, optical fiber CATV, etc. Advanced grinding technology and grinding equipment are used to ensure that the optical fiber's center grinding deviation, the optical fiber's dent, the optical fiber surface without scratches or flaws, and the size of the ceramic end surface curvature radius meet the standard requirements.

Plastic injection molding workshop

The injection mold department covers an area of 5,000 square meters and mainly produces optical connectors and plastic parts for optical adapters and fiber optic terminal boxes. With 50 employees, it can realize a monthly output of 400 million optical connectors and optical box components.

Adapter workshop

Fiber Optical Adaptor Department has 8 welding assembly machines, 8 assembly machines, 4 automatic nut machines, 15 test equipments, 50 staffs, the monthly output is 15,000,000pcs.
