Store not used patch cords, couplers and other optical interfaces in a clean, dry place and use protectioncaps. Please keep in mind the minimal bending radius and prevent torsion of the optical fiber at alltimes. Make sure the coating or the PVC jacket that is protecting the fiber is not scratched or damagedin any way.
Here is the message, do not store optical pigtails or cables under mechanical stress, keep themaway from sharp edges and do store them in a clean and dry place with protection caps.
