Fiber optic distribution frame (ODF) is used for the termination and distribution of fiber optic cable in the local backbone of fiber optic communication system, which can easily realize the connection, distribution and scheduling of fiber optic lines. With the increasing degree of network integration, there are optical-digital hybrid distribution frames integrating ODF, DDF and power distribution units, which are suitable for small and medium-sized wiring systems from fiber to cell, fiber to building, remote modules and wireless base stations.
Appearance structure
1、Rack structure form
①Rack structure has closed, semi-closed and open type.
②The height of the rack is divided into 2600mm, 2200mm and 2000mm three categories. Its width is recommended to use the integer times of 120mm, depth is recommended to use 300mm, 450mm and 600mm.
③ deviation of the rack shape size is not more than ±2mm; the tolerance of verticality of the outer surface to the bottom datum is not more than 3mm.
2、Mechanical movable part
The mechanically active part should be flexible, moderate insertion and removal, reliable locking, convenient construction and installation and maintenance. The opening angle of the door should be not less than 110 °, the gap is not more than 3mm.
3、Introduction of fiber optic cable bending radius
When introducing fiber optic cable into the rack, its bending radius should be not less than 15 times the diameter of the cable.
4、Rack structure
Structure should be solid, assembly should be consistent and interchangeable, no loose fasteners. Exposed and operating parts of the sharp edges should be rounded.
5, protective cover, liner and fiber core and pigtail bending radius
Fiber optic cable through the metal plate hole and along the sharp edges of the structural parts of the turn, should be equipped with protective sleeves and pads. Fiber cores, pigtails wherever bending, the radius of curvature should be not less than 30mm.
6、The surface of the rack
Coating layer should have a clean surface, uniform color, no hanging, no bottom; metal parts without burr rust.
7、Writing, graphics, symbols and signs on the structural device
The text, graphics, symbols and signs on the structure device should be clear, complete and error-free.
