Connect the shielding and grounding.
Wrap the self-adhesive sealing tape between the two sealing rings so that the tape is wound flush with the outside diameter of the sealing ring to form a sealed end of the fiber optic cable.
Press the sealing end of the fiber optic cable into the fiber optic cable entry hole.
Use the hose clamp through the cable reinforcement holder and cable core holder, the cable fixed in the connector box base, tighten the hose clamp screws until the hose clamp tightened.
Tie the nylon tie on the fiber optic cable, cut the remaining length.
The rest of the unused fiber optic cable hole, please use the plug to seal. Wrap the same sealing tape around the plug.
Wrap the reinforcing member around the countersunk screw of the fusion tray support and press it firmly.
Fuse and coil the fiber, be sure to bond firmly with tape.
Buckle the cover, and be sure to pay attention to the seal not to squeeze crooked. The screws should be tightened to prevent the fiber optic cable from coming off.
Splice box installation
(1) OPGW splice box is installed inside the main material of the tower, the installation height should be 8-10m, and the installation position of the whole line should be unified.
(2) The joint box should be smooth and sleek, and the bending radius should not be less than the design and manufacturer's regulations.
