Finnish fiber infrastructure operator Valoo has selected domestic provider Nokia to deploy a 10G fiber broadband network that will connect 200,000 homes in approximately 30 cities by the end of 2026. Under the terms of the deal, Nokia will provide the fiber access node Altiplano Broadband Access Controller to the central office and its offices, which it notes includes software-defined access network (SDAN) capabilities.
